Return Eligibility

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. Items damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Excluded Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Discounted or sale items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Required Information

When requesting a return, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Cosofo is not responsible for items lost during return transit

Refund Process

Processing Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your returned item(s).

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued via:

  • Original payment method (primary option)
  • Store credit (upon request or if original method unavailable)

Inspection Process

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Items that don’t meet our return conditions may be returned to you at your expense.

Defective Items

Items Defective Upon Delivery

If you receive a defective item:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@cosofo.com
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the defect
  3. We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  4. Return shipping will be covered by Cosofo for defective items

Important Notes

  • Refunds do not include original shipping charges (unless item was defective)
  • Processing times may be longer during peak periods
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
  • For items purchased with store credit, refunds will be issued as store credit
